Terms of Service

1. The service

Quantifys is a software-as-a-service analytics platform for e-commerce businesses. Features may include dashboards, reports, inventory insights, and advertising performance analytics based on data you connect.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for team members you invite.

3. Connected platforms

When you connect third-party platforms (stores, ads accounts, etc.), you authorize Quantifys to access data according to the permissions you grant. You confirm you have the right to connect those accounts.

Third-party services remain governed by their own terms. Quantifys is not responsible for outages, API changes, or data accuracy of those providers.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the platform, reverse engineering except as allowed by law, or using Quantifys in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. Plans, billing, and trials

Paid plans, free tiers, and trials (if offered) are described in-product or on our website. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us.

6. Intellectual property

Quantifys and its software, branding, and content remain our property. You retain ownership of your store and business data. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service.

7. Analytics and recommendations

Insights and AI-assisted recommendations are informational tools. You remain responsible for business decisions. Quantifys does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantifys and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for data loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim (or SAR 0 if you use a free plan).

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Quantifys at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for the platform, or fail to pay applicable fees.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
