1. Who we are

Quantifys provides e-commerce analytics software for merchants. We help store owners connect sales, inventory, and advertising data so they can make better business decisions.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Quantifys, we may process:

• Account information: name, email, password (hashed), and profile preferences
• Store and commerce data you connect (orders, products, customers, inventory) from platforms such as Zid or Salla
• Advertising data you authorize via OAuth (for example Meta Ads or Google Ads spend and campaign metrics)
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, cookies/session identifiers, and usage logs needed to operate and secure the service

3. How we use information

We use personal and store data to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Quantifys dashboard and analytics
• Sync and display connected store and ads performance
• Generate insights and decision recommendations for your business
• Authenticate users, prevent abuse, and secure accounts
• Communicate service updates, support replies, and important notices

4. Google user data

If you connect Google Ads, we access only the Google account and Ads data you authorize. We use that data to show advertising spend and related analytics inside Quantifys.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising to end consumers, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to operate Quantifys (for example cloud hosting) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

• Service providers that host or process data on our behalf (infrastructure, email, monitoring)
• Authorities when legally required
• Other parties only with your direction or consent (for example team members you invite to a store)

6. Retention

We retain account and connected store data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements and backup cycles.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and industry-standard practices to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to reduce risk and respond to incidents promptly.

8. Your choices

You can update profile information, disconnect integrations, revoke OAuth access from the provider (e.g. Google Account permissions), and request access or deletion by contacting us.

9. International processing

Quantifys may process data on servers outside your country. By using the service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries where we or our providers operate.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date.
